Hey,

Well here my situation,Im using a Assassin build that use Burst Of Aggression,the main goal of this build is to attack fast with BoA,but its only affects 2sec and cant upgrade it cuz its Strenght(Warrior Primary),So My question is if you guys could tell me a Skill that isint a Primary class skill and that make ur character attack fast(like 20%+ speed at least) and that cost not more than 10energy.

The only useable non-elite options that aren't linked to a primary attribute are the unlinked Warrior stances and the Beast Mastery stances. However, none of those options are stronger than Tiger Stance. If you're PvE, Critical Agility is your best option.

Tiger Stance
Flurry (if using a lot of +damage attacks like a moebius-death blossom build it doesn't reduce that much damage)
Critical Agility
Flail
Heket's fury (only if using a little-no attack build like locusts fury or something?)
Tiger/bestial
Whirling charge if you can ensure being enchanted?
