i just bought guildwars night fall off ebay , the cd has been broken during postage and i cant get a refund. the key is unused is their a way i can download the game without a cd ?? can i get some advice / links please .

You don't need the CD, just download the client and run the installer. It might take a lot longer to install since it downloads the updates though.

then click on Play NOW or http://www.guildwars.com/downloads/gwsetup.zip
Unzip it and install

hey man,

I read your thread and its really simple. All you have to do is go to the official Guild wars website and then go to this url: http://www.guildwars.com/support/downloadclient/ and you should be able to download it

Then you just need to add the key from the login page once you open the client...

also if you want to download all of the info for Nightfall.. use the -image option if you haven't done so already.

edit your shortcut and put -image after the last ""

so it should look like

"c:\program files\guild wars\gw.exe" -image

this will download all available material....besure to take the -image back out before you try to play the game.

Guild Wars pre loads content onto your computer while you play, So long as you haven't reinstalled or formated recently chances are you already have all the NF / Factions files pre loaded onto your computer - You just need the CD key to gain access to them
