If I transfer some ram from an old computer i have with spyware on it to my friends' computer, the spyware cant be transferred can it? Just checking.

No but check if it is compatible with your other computer. Such as the PC-XXXX number or the Hz your motherboard can support. If you dont understand the latter then if its a few years old, it'll probably not work.

Thanks. Its the same type of computer and both pc 3200 so it should work.

RAM is volitile memory, When your computer is turned off the data stored is wiped off. Unlike a hardrive. So no it won't contain spyware
