PC on Jitte req 9 gold max dmg

Can anybody tell me anything about the value of this weapon?

Jitte

Cold-Dmg 15-22 (requires 9 swordmanship)
Damage +15% (While in a stance)
Health +30


And maybe about this weapon when i upgrade it with sundering 20/20

Why do people automatically think to upgrade a weapon with 20/20?!?!!

Don't mod it with anything if you intend to sell.....

Hmm ok but what value does this weapon actually have?

Because i want to sell it, and i need a approximate value.
