Purchasing Q9 Gold Necro Inscribable Wands/Foci.

As the title stated, I am looking to buy necromancer equipment, more specifically, gold wands and offhands. I am only interested in gold q9 inscribable items.

For a curse wand naturally cold damage is a big plus.
