Confused on knockdown gloves

I've been experimenting with PvP finally and have been using some knockdown skills that I never used in PvE. As I'm planning on upgrading my armor to Vabbian, I think I'm going to use a Stonefist Insignia to increase knockdown time. What's best way to do this? Looks like insignia gives a max of 3 secs, but I'm assuming I need that insignia on 3 pieces of armor and I just want that on the gloves.

You only need one insignia.

You only need it on your gauntlets not the rest of your armour and 1 piece.

IIRC, you only need one Stonefist insignia - KDs last for 2-ish seconds anyway, extra stonefist has no impact.

Remember that since it's an insignia, it can go on any armor piece. I have my Stoneskin insignia on my +1hammer helm.

One piece of armor. All kd's (back breaker excluded) all kd for 2 seconds 3 if u have stonefist.
