Ok while trying to figure out how to farm i was watching a few videos

i came across that and the 2nd fight he dose with the red things...how do u attack everything around you like that?

I am a level 16 w/mo and i really would like a spell list for attacking all monsters when their around me.

He/She is using a Sliver Armor and Gladiators Defence Vermin farm build

They are not "attacking" everything around them more the spells are damaging all attackers
There are plenty of Vermin farm builds knocking around and it's not as profitalbe as it looks from that vid if its an old one due to the loot scale

What kinda spell allows me to do that?

You won't be able to farm at level 16. And I don't know how old that video is, but it looks like it's before the loot scaling. Don't expect to get that much on a run.

Get lvl 20, change your secondary profession to Ritualist and use "Vengeful Was Khanhei" as your Elite
...works pretty good in some places, but definitely not as good as that Sliver armor-farm in the vid....

cause right now im training on minitours and by ice tooth cave and using symobl of wrath...works ok, but i kno their better, dont kno what tho

I may be wrong on this (because I don't focus on these things), but Sliver Armor and Vengeful Was Khanhei are spells that deal damage to foes that attack you. You are not going out and hitting things; you have a spell on you that damages whoever hits you.

As a W/Mo, maybe Balthazar's Aura is close to doing something like this. Be aware that one big difference is Vengeful... will also heal you while Aura just does the damage.

Or so I think I remember it that way.
