Have you used up all of your switches? I recall others saying support has done it for them as a one-time thing after they've used their 5 allowed changes.
Yeah I used them all up unfortunately over a year ago when I was kinda new to the game. Now I'm getting annoyed that none of the people in the guilds I have been in are ever on when I am.
