Currently, if you want to set a 'default' district, you have to go to the Character selection screen, select it, and choose a character. The character will move in those districts by default.
I usually move in Spanish districts, since they are rarely crowded and load very well, but I play the game in English, and it's very annoying to have to log in in Spanish, then change the language to English again every time I select a character.
There is no way to select which district you want to move by default.
And They'll be adding soon Wikies in different languages.
And you currently can choose one language for audio, and other for text. Why can't we choose a language for districts different than current language for texts?
So my suggestion is:
Unlink your language also from default districts and wiki language, so you could, for example:
Set your language as English, the wiki in German, the districts Spanish and the voices in Chinese.
Let people decide.

I want to bring back this thread, since the name change in English to Common.
Sometimes, specially in 'empty' areas like maguuma jungle, I like to travel in the comon districts.
But it's not nice forcing to move all the players who joined me
The default disctrict can be changed, since it is the district of the language you had in the character select screen.
This suggestion is simply to allow players to choose that default district in the General option tab. Instead of having to hit F12, change language and login back.
