Equipment/Item Bar

I don't think I saw this in the Index of Ideas, but here we go.......

How about just replacing the Weapon Bar, with a Equip/Item Bar.
Prolly around ten slots, 4 dedicated in the first part as Primary/Offhand slots, then the other six could be used to fast activate/use an item.

Examples; XP Scrolls, Ale, Candy Canes, Single Weapons, Armor Pieces, use your imagination...
No, I do not want to make this like WoW, DDO, or other game with item bars clustered all over the screen... just one simple bar. A bar way more useful than the current weapon bar!
