Keeping certain quests

After doing a few unsuccessful searches and not finding the topic I wanted from browsing. Here I am with this thread.

I ran into a thread a while ago (don't know how long exactly), the thread was about "what quest do I keep?" for certain things, like farming certain items that drop in that quest etc.

It would be useful to have a compiled list of all these quest for future reference and community use, but I don't have a lot of knowledge on the subject.

Does anyone know of any quests to keep and why?

These are the only ones I can think of right now:

The Undead Hordes - For farming sephis axes
The Halycon Job - For certain rares
