The Topaz thing is, imho, the same as all other Photoshop filters; if you can identify the result as some specific filter/action/tool, it looks cheap and bad. It's ok when it makes some pretty details stand out better, but on flat surfaces (leather, cloth, etc) it just looks like cheap filterwork. Smart brushing and masking is the way to go!

do you have to run texmod everytime before you enter gw?

and anyone know how to get the warmaster grast set to work? the one on wiki.guildwars doesn't seem to work

Extract Grast's armor then save it on your 1.5k knights.

the one on wiki requires you to have the FULL 1.5k templar set with Grey Dye on it...if you mix and match armors it wont work, and if it is a different color it wont work.

I just found out today that my tormented shield dye mod accually works on all tormented items, not just the shields. In the next few days I will update the colours to work better on the other items (they are often dull on other items atm).

P.S Love the Dervish armor Chronos I doubt they would put it in because it looks a little too "funky" :P

BUT if you could replace the fire withe the new EotN fire (with the waves etc.) and add some embers like the titans have....you may have something.

The problem with that is the mods only work on the exact same armor of hte exact same color....so if a person has FoW armor in red, the mod will only work on red FoW armor and not on any other color. So it is best to get a custom one made for just your character.

Ele nose ring, white eyes, and heavy eyeliner. ^_^

Monument to my necromancer in Fort Aspenwood. =D

And here's another one, it's what I think is a better version of Mesmer Undies. ^_^

Although, it looks so much better in-game!

I have a question. How do I change the color of armor or a weapon, or anything, without removing all details and showing it as JUST that color, no details of the armor, etc.? Does it have to do with layers? If so, any help would be greatly appreciated.

just go into photoshop, select the area you want to fill via the magic wand or lasso. if you use the magic wand you gunna have to switch to the lasso or bar *cause for some reason the wand has a very diff right click* right click. go to fill, in the top menu drop down to color choose your color then on bottom choose either overlay or color, they work differently on diff skins so you just have to see which is better.

CasterOfShame27: where you save the mods is not important, you just need to know where you put them.

Also an easy way to change the colour of something, and to keep the detail is to choose the coour you want in the paintbrush tool and set opacity low and brush over the area you want to change.
