I just had a rather weird idea about how to deal with leachers in FortAspenwood.
I tried doing the double faction thing over the weekend, and I was just astounded by the number of leachers or rage quitters. It was worse then usual.
But one person really annoyed me because they were actually dancing at the starting Luxon area, so they were blatenly there!!!
But I just realised...
...eachers have a trend in FA, and this idea isnt perfect because you can obviously get around it, but its a start.
The leacher trend is to obviously just stay in the starting zones. Either in the high-standing zone for the luxons, or inside the fort for the Kuzacks.
What if their were consiquences for staying in those locations for too long?
The Luxon zone being an easier example....
...you obviously start an isolated area where no one can reach you, high above the ground. So it wouldnt be hard for Anet to punish players who stay in that area for a prolonged amount of time.
Even if they move around in there or dance. If they stay in that starting area they get penalised.
Nothing extreme, but make it so they dont get any faction or experience reward at all.
Its not perfect, because obviously you just need to move bellow where the fighting is. But it atleast forces you to enter the battle in some respects.
Maybe even just automatically teleport anyone who stands around in there, into the battle field. Force them to fight! The same on the Kuzack area!
If you stay behind a line for too long, you get penalised or teleported into the fight!
Neither being harsh, or drastic! Your not having your account banned, your just being forced to fight!
So basically...
1) If you stay in starting areas (i.e leaching) you get no faction and experience, and/or teleported into the fight automatically.
2) If you remain stationary for a certain amount of time (taking into concideration peeing time), then you get flagged and get no faction or experience (not a great idea for people who mark locations).
3) If you stay inside a ress-point you again get no faction or experience.
Just a few ideas!
Atleast then, the other side can still kill you and get some pleasure from it.

Some people have mentioned what if you are ressed just as the game ends. Would you get no reward?
For the record, when I talk about a time limit. Im talking about maybe 10-15 seconds. So your would have to be stood at a res-point for 10-15 seconds for it to flag you and not give you faction.
If the time was longer (say 5 minutes), then it still gives leachers the chance to stand around and earn points during that time. Plus fights can be over in FA within 5 minutes and the leachers still get their 1000 faction.
It has to be a short time to not give them time to earn faction or for the fight to end.
The effect of "stopping faction and experience earning" would be temporary and last about 1-2 minutes, and be symbolised as an icon in the corner with a timer on (like a enchantment).
If you keep moving and dont stop for that given time again, it will eventually wear off! So your NOT being kicked, your simply being incouraged to move.
Its not a ban or a kick, or anything serious. Its simply a gentle incouragement to join in!
Combine that with being teleported automatically into the fight if you hang around the starting areas, and it should work!
