Account Banned for No Reason

I've just logged in my account and it says "code=054", i've been banned for using a third party program which i have never used. I've never cheated, never. Please someone from support explain me what's going on. My nephew uses another account on my computer, maybe that's what caused everything, but i can't understand. I did a lot of FFF on the event, maybe that's it, i don't know.
I've spent a lot of time and money on a game that i love, and now i feel betrayed.

You do realize this forum is a fan forum and is not official? Noone from Anet of NCsoft is likely to see your plea here.

Go to the Anet's official page, and try the support section there.

Perhaps leeching too a bit ? Maybe not, i dunno.

As others have suggested, contact support.

I found them to be extremely helpful and patient when I contacted them regarding an account problem.


And really do make sure you don't have any trojans, keyloggers or outright cheats (installed by your nephew) on your PC.

Your safest bet is to avoid playing Guild Wars on a semi-public PC.
