i care more about the price than the req, so if you have a req8 and you want over 100k, save the place for offers i can afford. i am looking to spend around 50k for a req 11. might pay a bit more for req10, will pay less for 12-13.
Do not care for mods, and will not pay extra for 20/20 +30.
