Bow grip of Deathbane +20% vs undead

Hey all,
I have just found one of those and am not sure how much I could get for it. I remember reading somewhere those kinds of mods were selling for a nice amount of cash but I can't find this info anymore. It's also absent from the mods PC thread so I thought I'd ask here.

The prices of these range from 1-15k depending entirely on the buyer and how badly he needs it, I'd go for 5k if I were you.
