armour viewing

hi all

i used to play wow and in that if you clicked on a certain key while viewing armour in the auction house you got a kind of dressing room so you could
see it on your character before buying. i noticed theres a similar thing for applying dyes on gw but can i do it with armour before i choose what to craft? and is it me or are the armour sets in a given crafter the same stats just a choice of how it looks?

No, there's no 'dressing room' option.

And yes, all armour sets have the same stats when crafted - it's up to you to choose the stats with insignia and runes.
