Well, the assassins' daggers go in both hands, and the 'Shiro's Blades' skin looks like a pair of swords...

Otherwise, no. And in this, 'Ranger' means more along the lines of someone who can fire at 'range'--a bow. They still have some wilderness roots though.

You'll want to fire up Neverwinter Nights if you want dual-wielding rangers. =P

The class that dual wields is the assassin - they wield a dagger in each hand to perform attack combos (GW treats daggers as a two-handed weapon, you can't wield one dagger and a shield).

Rangers in GW are tree-hugging archer types, attuned to nature, and firin' arrows.
I suppose you could dual-wield fairly effectively, if you were a Ranger/Assassin using daggers... Expertise works on all attack skills, right?

Rangers can't exactly fire two bows at once... o.0

...unless they're crossbows... hmm :P

Oh and yes Expertise works on all energy based attack skills.

Ahh dual wielding... This harks back to pre-Oblivion days on their official forums :P

Anyways, as has been said, the Assassin is the only class that can 'dual wield' in any way.
