I doubt you'll get that much tbh. Purple crys are pretty common these days.
20-25k, imo.
The prefix and suffix mods of items only have bearing on value when they're worth more than the base item itself. Then you can sell them for salvage. Otherwise you have to bank on finding a buyer willing to pay for both the skin and value of the perfect mods. Trading the latter way tends to lose you money.
The most important modifier is the inherent; Hex is never great, and imperfect grapes are hardly worth the bother.
