I'm quite a noob, only been playing for about 2 months now. I have picked up a few gold weapons and have NO idea as to how much they are worth. Would really appreciate it f someone could help me out or at least point me in the right direction. (My first 8 golds I sold to the merchant )

1. Defensive Earth Staff of Enchanting
- Halves skill recharge of spells (18%)
- Energy +10
- Earth Damage 11 - 20 (Requires 10 Earth Magic)
- Halves casting time of Fire Magic (19%)
- Armour +5

2. Tower Sheild
- Armour 13 (Req 8 Strength)
- Health +56 (while hexed)

3. War Axe of Fortitude
- Slashing Damage 6 - 28 (Req 13 Axe Mastery)
- Damage +14%
- Health +30

4. Butterfly Sword of Fortitude
- Slashing Damage 14 - 19 (Req 7 Swordsmanship)
- Damage +14% (while in a stance)
- Health +30

5. Poisonous Longbow
- Piercing Damage 13 - 25 (Req 12 Marksmanship)
- Energy +5
- Lengthens poison duration on foes by 33%

6. Defensive Smiting Staff of Enchanting
- Halves skill recharge of spells (15%)
- Energy +8
- Holy Damage 9 - 16 (Req 8 Smiting)
- Halves casting time of Protection Prayers (19%)
- Armour +5
- Enchantments last 20% longer

7. Inscribed Staff of Fortitude
- Halves skill recharge of spells (17%)
- Energy +9
- Chaos Damage 10 - 17 (Req 7 Domination Magic)
- Halves casting of Inspiration Magic Spells (19%)
- Health +29

Really? I was told in game that the Butterfly sword was worth a bit?

#3 - Salvage the +30hp and sell for 10k.
#4 - Salvage the +30hp and sell for 15k.

#7 - Merch.

The Butterfly sword would be worth something if it were max damage. Req7 is the lowest an items attribute can be for maximum damage and thaey are extremely rare to find IG. Non-max items are not worth bothering with unless 1 (maybe 2) point(s) off, very low req and even rarer skin.
