I hate Guild Wars, at least plaync

Ok this is the letter I've been trying to send to plaync for a few days now... still wont work.... still can't play the game

ok ill start off slow, i have a big list for you guys. 1: I haven't played in a few months and would like to recover my guild wars password. I tried to do this but also forgot my last account. 2: I couldn't make a new account because you guys already had my email address recorded. 3: I couldn't ask questions because I couldn't and didnt have an account. still won't let me post, keeps trying to make me make a new account after i try and post. 4: I bought Nightfall and can't play it because you still have my old email address and I can't use it. 5: any chance at all that I can get my old password with my old characters and account info back? This has taken me days to be able to write this letter to you guys... should really try to fix how this whole recovery step works. (and I still can't send this letter)

yeah, lots of problems. anyways i was able to create an account at Plaync.com... but i still can't post this letter because it still wants me to make a new account everytime i try to send this to them. Also now my cd key wont work for the game since i registered it on plaync.com.

Log into the account and then post. Its a REALLY annoying problem with the PlayNc site.

Ah, that would be because for some ingenious reason, they have the tech support section seperate and you need to make a tech support account

I guess its to keep tech support and your gaming accounts seperate from hacking
