travel from Cantha to Elona???

Where is the guy named "Imperial Guardsman Linro" in Kaineng city who gives the quest "sunspears in cantha" now? I've been searching every where in the city for him without luck.

Wiki still says he is in the northwest corner of the city but I dont think so.

Please help

Right after posting the above post, there is new build and Linro is back! sorry guys I thought changes were made on how to move chars from Cantha to Elona
