That seems pretty good to me, what where you expecting 100k? Nothing goes for that cept for low req eternal shields, bows, chaos axes, fellbaldes, etc... they are low req like req8 and have max damage mods on them.
I would be happy to get 25K if I where selling that item.

I sold my 15/-5 hammer (crappy war hammer skin) for 4 ectos back when ectos were worth around 12-13k. So I'd say you could get more for this one. Just have to be patient.
