It MUST have the following reqs (nothing else necessary/wanted):

MAX damage 15-22
Req. 10, 11, 12 or 13 Swordsmanship (nothing below r10)
Energy +5 (inherent) OR Inscription Slot.

Hey Tamidali, is the energy mod on that Inherent, or an Inscription? Just wondering.
