I like the idea so far. It would be cool to be able to design your toys... give them hairstyles, faces, clothes, etc. I also would like to be able to name them. I can see alot of farming possibilites with this build though... Anet would probably freak.

I don't thing the god of justice and death plays with dolls, then again could be wrong.
Another point is that theres nothing but puppet and doll skills.
When all the puppets are dead the foe just beats the puppeteer because there is nothing the puppeteer can do except try to rezz the puppets.
They should at least have some skills unrelated to puppets so that they are not completely helpless against a foe with 10% health left and the puppeteer at 100% but his puppets dead.
Nothing too fancy of course, your puppets getting wiped would spell DOOM for a puppeteer, but not that they can't try to do anything about it.

Can you get more? if so what is the limit, should be much lower than 10, other wise this would be very over powered opposed to necro's.

All in all I like this a lot, it might even be better at giving that MP play style than the class I'm making especially for the MP feel.
If the max limit of toys would be 3 wouldn't that make it balanced to have all of them allowed to be dolls?
Or perhaps lock skills so you can't make another mage if you already have a mage up.
If I had more than 3 toys to take care of, I know I'd run out of skill slots for skills to support them all.

And the reason why I use is Grenth cause the Puppeteer, Actual Main Ability is to Summon Spirits of other Profession.
They just use these Puppets as Medium, for the Spirits.
And they wuld have to worship Grenth to borrow these Spirits from the Netherworld.

Well the added puppet command skills are pretty balanced, the dolls however are very over powered.
aside from the in understandable conditional, that is way better than guiding light which is a monk elite!
why would level 1 characters get to run around with level 7 pets?
Skills that scale incorrect to low levels are fine, but Anet has made them all elite or PvE only skills.
This is because even though you might not be able to get them till level 8, your heroes can use them whenever you have them unlocked.
All summons (currently) start at level 0 or 1.
Asside form that it has lost most of it's magical flair, perhaps you should even rename the puppet skills to craft of build puppet instead of summon ...
Having lost it's magic affecting puppets and the puppet evolution system, it's far less original, the summons are just summons now.
