Slashing Dmg: 7-17 (Requires 9 Dagger Mastery) *piercing is fine*
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration -1
Health +30

in more specific cases, im looking for Ungues of the Forgotten (i'll pay 25k or offer price) or Mallyx's Zeal (name your price).
