I try not to ever use superior runes in general (except for vigor, of course) because of their massive HP hit. Major ones are the best imo.

Anyway, this is what I run when I take burning arrow:

[skill]Burning Arrow[/skill][skill]Screaming Shot[/skill][skill]Keen Arrow[/skill][skill]Read the Wind[/skill][skill]Savage Shot[/skill][skill]Distracting Shot[/skill][skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill][skill]Rebirth[/skill]

Max Expertise and Marksmenship with a sundering bow.

replace sig of capture with something else if you like. i just always carry it with me in my travels cause i dont actively look up elites everytime i enter a new area.
