HM Ettin farm help

Well, I spent a good hour or so trying to find a way to farm ettins in HM, but to no avail. I couldn't get past the second pair of tengu before being killed. Running from the undead was a bit easier as long as I kept out of aggro. Bog's weren't too difficult to get past. Then I got nailed by the ettins and realized how hard my NM ettin build sucked here >_<

So, are there any good builds out there that I can't find for HM or am I just whipping a dead elephant here? I'm still rather new to this hard mode business and farming tactics, so all help is greatly appreciated.

I currently have a w/mo, r/mo, e/me, and n/mo all maxed. I'd like to stay away from the 55 necro but if it's the only way then I'll live with it. Also I'd like to mention that I only have Prophecies and Factions, but I'm hoping to get Nightfall soon. I can change the secondaries for all these characters.
