for me, i always choose vital boon.

Its situational. need the rest of the build. neither is better.

Depends if u have skills that require many enchantments like mystic regen or mystic sweep. If u have enough enchants then take conviction. And vital boon is better the more points u have in earth while conv stays the same with any number of points. So if u have a lot of points in earth, vital boon may be better.
