Help! A Formal Introduction Quest Bug- Master Togo doesn't show up!

Help!

I started a new factions character (my first; I've been playing GW for a while though).

Early in the game Master Togo wants to give you a "Formal Introduction" to Master Cho in Cho's Estate. Togo tells you to step outside the monastery, where he will meet you and walk you to the Estate.

However, every time I step outside, Togo is nowhere to be found! I've looked everywhere, and he's a no show! I have no idea how to complete this quest because I can't move on with the story unless Togo shows up. Can anyone help me? Is this a game stopping bug or something?

I'd say:

1. Look up this quest on wiki, and make sure you are following absolutely the correct process
2. Abandon the quest and retake it, see if that fixes your problem

If neither of the above work for you, then post it in the Bugs section of the forums.
