Hey, can i get a pc on this please

Crenellated Sword (Req 10)
Fire Damage 15-22
Damage +20% (While Health is Below 50%)

and also

Celestial Shield (req 9 Tactics)
Received Physical Damage -5 (20% Chance)

Sword - 1-2k/Merch, very unpopular inherent damage mod which is in little demand and is hard to sell.
Shield - Merch, single mod.
