Russian special offer and keys questions

My friend that has just returned to Russia said that there is a special offer there to get a bonus key for a Chimeric Prism along with a Nightfall box in Russia.

But how does this work? My account already has Nightfall, but I have a second account that does not have it yet. Is the bonus item a seperate key or is it linked to the Nightfall account key? I really want this item on my main account, and I can't use it on my main account if it's linked to the account key. And paying for another NF box just for the item is a bit much, if it works at all.

And can I keep recreating this item over and over and use it on multiple characters, or can it only be spawned once? I assume the item isn't droppable/tradable either, am I right?

yeah you can apply several of the same campaign into your account (im pretty sure you can anyways) works for collectors edition =D

No, unfortunately. Only special features are added by a second key.

Gah I really want that item, but I'm not going to pay 23 bucks (thats the price for NF in Russia by the way, maybe do something about those prices in the online store?) for just an item...

Maybe they should add those promo items to the online store for 5 bucks each? Gives us something to pay money for to get to our total for the bonus pack.

I know I'd like the chimeric prism for my ranger when he uses a sword or axe. No need to put points into tactics then. Of course its only 10 armor, but you also get 5 energy, which comes in handy.

I'm all for adding it to the online store, as long as its like $1.99 or something.
