GWEN expansion thought

I was disappointed that a purchase of gwen didn't include an extra character slot. After all if you haven't purchased any extra slots you end up with 8 and there is 10 professions. It would have been a very nice way for anet to give back to the community for supporting the 3 campaigns for over 2 years. I know there are no new professions in gwen. I would encourage anet to include an extra slot to put smiles on all our faces. I appreciate the little bonus mission they have created but I think that only will go so far to satisfy me after doing the mission a couple times unless theres in game items in there we don't know about. Otherwise its just another quest that gets old after a couple times. But a character slot is something that most anyone can get use out of over and over again whether for PvP or PvE.

I wouldn't mind a few extra character slots but the fact is that they are sold in the online store already so it's not that much of a big deal.

I think most everyone knows they can be bought for $9.99 in the store. But I think holding to a tradition of getting slots when you have purchased a guild wars game is just a nice perk for the fans. Being this is an expansion not a stand alone campaign, I thought one slot would be nice.

um Gwen only costs $30 so spend the $20 dollars you save on 2 slots, problem solved.

"Guild Wars: Eye of the North Readies For August 31 Release
NCsoft and ArenaNet set $39.99 price for first ever expansion of Guild Wars franchise."
GWEN is $39.99.
I have already purchased 2 extra slots myself. Thats besides the point...

this idea has been hashed out alot in this forum. I understand the want for two new char slot, but this is an expansion not a stand alone game. ANET feels that this expansion has on lvl 20+ content and therefor does not require slots.
Again I agree here but let the dead horse be please!
