
Anyway, I thought of a cool skill that wouldn't be possible in PvP, but fun to use in PvE, a Mind Control spell.
I don't claim to be a master skill balancer, but I'll give it a shot.
Mind Control
15 energy; 3s cast; 30s recharge
Spell. For 30...60 seconds, target foe becomes your ally and hostile to your enemies. If target foe becomes your ally, this skill is disabled for 120 seconds. Mind Control cannot be used on bosses. (5% failure rate for each level target foe has over you.)
I didn't really know how to word the failure rate, but basically as an example, if you're fighting a level 26 enemy and you're level 20, there would be a 30% failure rate: 5% x 6 levels higher.
What do you think? It may be over powered if everyone in your team has this skill, so maybe adding that your party can only control one enemy at a time could make it more balanced.
