Enchantment Spell. For 10...28 seconds, your healing magic spells can reach any party member, but heal for 50% less. (Divine Favor).

Yeah, if this didn't have some downside... very powerful skill.
But hmmm.. Healing Breeze may be a problem..
And too bad you can't do Prot, you can't really control the 50% less healing with reversal of fortune.

Would be a cool skill. Too bad ArenaNet would never implement this - this isn't Magic: the Gathering, this is Guild Wars; the R&D for Guild Wars don't think out of the box like this, whereas in Magic, things breaking rules happen all the time and stimulate the gameplay (Mindslaver, anyone?).

i play magic and yea i agree magic r&d is kinda insane but its a card game not a video game so really its very different, oh and lutz mindslaver + academy ruins + tefiri = GG

Interesting idea - needs a little work though. Change it to double the range of all non-touch, targeting, healing magic spells perhaps. And duration seems a bit long.
