I saw Intensity for the Sunspear rank skills, and I thought an equivalent that can be used in PvP would be nice...
But the only problem is, is this skill + stone daggers... got a dilemma here.

7 energy degen? DOnt worry about Stone Daggers spam, you will be outta nrg really fast!

its really like 3 energy degen cause you have to count the 4 natural regen, but i still see no use for this /notsigned

This + [skill]ether Prodigy[/skill] + natural regen + stone daggers =

Do you read description of Ether Prodigy at all ?
Also, what is this skill use for ? Sacrifice -3 health and energy to spam Stone Dagger for 10s for a bit more dmg ? It is terrible in both pve and pvp.
