This is just...a sad skill. O_o It's like flare's ugly smiting cousin. This skill would neither aid in a spike nor would it provide pressure. I don't understand...it's purpose....
Maybe if it were with a 1 second recharge....

But a five second recharge doesn't allow much more spamming than Stonesoul Strike, and the latter deals more damage and conditionally deals even more.
A two second recharge would seem to be more in-line with other Smiting Prayers spells. Though I can't see the use of it regardless.
