Missing CD key?

Hey.....i purchased guild wars+factions and nightfall a while ago.And everything worked fine until today when i logged in and it said that i cannot play my dervish char because i don't have acces to nightfall key.I tried to reenter the key but it said it was in use.WTF?

email anet and file a dispute, someone may have hacked you account key or what not. Also did you buyan open box? If so this is a bad idea, see other key poster in this section. Goodluck straitening this out!

no open box...i used the key and it worked...and i do not see a way of removing an access key once you have entered it in your account.I have filed a complaint to arenanet and i will see what they will do.Very strange....I thought some of you guys here had the same problem at one time

good luck, also check your PC for key loggers or whatnot. they can really mes things up. Hopefully they will fix it for you and you wont lose your dervish!

Well you may have used the Demo key. I've seen people have this problem after doing that before.

i assure you i did not use the demo.i have been playing nightfall for over a month and i played my dervish char for over 50 hrs.As far as i know there are no demos that long.And the strange part is that even if i can't play nightfall anymore i still have 8 char slots(the 2 provided by nightfall remain and so do the characters).I am still waiting for an answer from arenanet

Guys read good , he is saying he bought and has prophecies, factions and nightfall and that he was played them for at least a month, im pressuming he linked them together,his problem is that he lost access to the nightfall part of the game,which is very weird as, demo keys would have expired after 2 weeks,and he says he bought it from a store.
The one thing i can think off if it's not a fault of Anet is that somehow the copy has been reported as stolen , stolen from the store together with all the rest of their copies , get what i mean? And the store letting Anet know this and they decided to block all the copies that were from that store , but that be almost impossible to do -_-

Don't post a thread, look at the sticky on top, people offer and ask for keys there.

I had something similar, my proph 1 million edition bonus items key was already in use, I told ANet, got a few replies, then nothing.
