PC on req13 Kamas(15% ench, 20/20, 30hp) & req11 Flatbow(15% -5e, 30hp)

Sundering Kamas of Fortitude: 7-17dmg, req13, +15% dmg ench, 20/20, 30 hp

Flatbow of Fortitude: 15-28dmg, req11, +15%dmg -5e, 30hp

How much could I get for this? Or should I salvage the mods? If yes then which mods?

salvage the +30 off the bow...and the +30 of daggers(and if the daggers arent broke...salvage the 20/20)
