I have this laptop from 3 years ago is a Sony Vios and i have used it to play GW since it first came out and didnt care so much since i didnt have so much problems with it. When Factions came out i had a problem with lag and with Nightfall it started to crash.
Laptop:
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHZ
CPU Speed: 2.79 GHz
System RAM: 446 MB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)
Video Card: Radeon IGP 345M
DirectX Version: 10.0
Free Disk Space: 7.88 GB
I think the graphics card is no good.. and if its not, is there a way to upgrade it even though is a laptop? or just buy a new one XD?

Thats depend on how much you want to spend. By the look of it you'll need more memory and the graphic card need to go, but then again Laptop is such a pain to upgrade you might as well get a new one that can play gw at normal fps.
Minimal system req for GW get higher everytime a new chapter comes out. That's why your laptop is not performing as well as before.
BTW DX10 on window xp?

try the DirectX 8 with no shader command line( http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Command_line), it can gave u up to 20more FPS, and also can u gave u the name of ur IGP, cuz u cant rate a GPU power based on ram
