Restarting GW, what build should I use?

I'm running the oldest version of GW. I used to have a w/r build, and then I stopped playing and deleted it. Now I'm thinking about starting again... What's the "strongest" build? I'm thinking of this... will it work?

Elementalist/Mesmer

Water Magic 12, +3 Rune, +1 Hat
Energy Storage 11, +1 Rune
Air Magic 4, +1 Rune
Illusion Magic 5

Water Trident
Shard Storm
Ice Spikes
Maelstrom
Ice Prison
Water Attunement
Gale
Arcane Echo

There is no 'strongest' build.

And if you want builds I suggest you go to The Campfire section of this forum or www.pvxwiki.com

Well, that build is most certianly NOT the most powerful PvE build.

And you have points in a magic you arent even using.

Every build can be a good build (not best) if you just know how to use it correctly.

It'll be used to PvE. That build was taken straight out of the Campfire section of this forum. I don't have any expansions, so I'm only limited to the original character classes. I really wanted an Ice Elementalist, and I've checked out that wiki page too but there were no water elementalist builds...
