Hi guys, This thread was created in response to a GW Thread that was asking for Myspace Profiles.

I. Introduction/Pitch
Have you Ever wanted a myspace profile that show that sheer capacity to play Guild Wars above all other normal life responsibilities? Tried searching Everywhere for a nice looking profile, but come up empty? Hate those retarded looking Profiles that burn your eyes straight down to the socket? Well, I hope you consider one of these Myspaces as they don't cause expensive Medical Bills...:


II. How to Obtain a Profile

This is a Guru Only Profile, and you must download it from this thread

1) Find the Attachments and the bottom of the Thread.

2) Download the Profile to your choosing.

3) Enjoy your Profile.

(Note: Profile one requires a nameplate order)




III. How To Install Your Code

1. After Downloading the Zip File, Unzip the files. To unzip, use winzip. If you don't have winzip, download the free version of this:

Decided against Beta Idea, and Released the Profile, I am now taking orders for the Profile.

The reason this is in Violation of Myspace's TOS is because it covers up the Giant "Ad" at the top of the page, and it covers up the stuff at the bottom of the page. Unless you are someone famous like Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton it is unlikely that your profile will be deleted.. unless you get reported..

All that has to be done just to change the myspace layout?

Actually it's surprisingly simple, after you do like steps 1-5 you're pretty much doing the same thing for the rest of the instructions. The only reason why the instructions is like 30 steps long, is because I wanted to make the skill needed in making this your Myspace [Cntrl+C] and [Cnttrl+v] (or Apple Key + C & Apple Key + V). But if you have any intuition, you should be able to have your Space up and Running in about 5 minutes.. .

The only thing is that I made my name in Photoshop, so I would have to take orders here to get you a name plate. Of course that only takes about two seconds..

Anybody Gonna Order? You can order Via PM if you'd like...

I would really like some feedback, and some direction as to what could be improved....

You might wanna make the pictures less in file size. For a html page it takes a long time to load :/.

You can't make one so it's legal? I'd hate to get banned, it's about the only way I stay in touch with my nieces and nephews.

Okay fine.. I'll make a new profile that doesn't cover up the ads..

For the time being I have to work on Sigs and Avatars for today at least.. but Let it be known That I am making one.. Hopefully it won't have a nameplate that'll have to be changed..

If you want something in it, please suggest ASAP. I plan on working on it Tomorrow..

EDIT: It'll within Myspace's TOS too...

I need to make a few images, and a Animated GIF banner. Then Everything should be ready for release. I just need to Write directions, and make a ZIP. Should be up soon.

Okay there are a few things that are new and old about this profile..

Lets start with the old. The Profile HAD to be sliced in photoshop...

Evidently there is no way to put links in the image since myspace sort of disabled Image maps and any links within flash..

So Sadly everyone is going to have to deal with the fact there is a long load time in the Profile.

That's about it for the Old..

Now (as you can see) there is A LOT of new things. The first thing you'll probably notice is the Gigantic Banner at the top of the page.

That Sucka was an interesting experience. I made the Images in Photoshop, and the actual movie in Flash 8 (by movie, I mean the fades). I then embeded the .SWF onto a div, and placed it properly.

Next you'll Noticed this profile is completely legal.. With Myspace.. In Other Words, the top ad isn't covered.

Also, Now there is a Playlist. I didn't want to embed one of those retarded looking Music Players that is obnoxious lokking, and won't go with the profile...

so Instead I Used an Open source XSPF Player (Skinned by www.freddyizbadd.com). It's simple, but efficient. I'll put instructions in the Zip on how to get one.

Another thing You'll notice is that there is no more Nameplates, and all that retarded ordering crap (Which you still have to do) so you can just download and install.

There is also 4 spots for friends.. The Images will automatically resize when you put them in, but at least make sure you main pic is longer rather than wid"er", and your friend pics are at least a bit.. "Squarish"..

I think that's everything.. This profile "Will be licensed for distribution" for non-commercial purposes.

lol, You download the .zip file from the main post, from there you extract the files, and follow the tutorial. The code is 2 of the 4 files in the .zip...
