Got 8 ectos a few weeks back for a q9 dragon's breath wand, but it was inscribable. Maybe a bit more. I wish I had gone with cash cause then I had to sell the ectos. I knew the ectos would be easier to sell.

About the jade axe, it is a rare skin but the price really depends on the buyer, some may give you about 10k for it, while others would buy it for 40k
