any price check will be greatly appericated. Just relized the req needs to alot lower to be near-perfect, but at the time I was thinking about the casting/recharge mods.

req is insainly high, however since that only applies to dmg and some monks would have 13 anyway, i'd say 300-400k IMO almost perfect mods and rare skin. i saw a perfect version of that go for 800k so.....

There is a HUGE diffrence between a 10/10 and a 10/8 price wise...a 10/10 ghostly with a divine req would sell 1mil+ imo. This certain staff is ~100k imo.
