This new title would be earned by voting during/at the end of a grueling quest/mission for the single player who did the most to advance the team's goals.
Were you ever the only one NOT killed, rezzed everyone else, and went on to complete the mission?
Did you ever "donate" a candy-cane or four-leaf clover to a party member with a high DP?
Run to a far off town for just tips?
This could be a title that party members vote for and you receive one point per vote toward the title or the majority of the votes gets the only point awarded.
I don't know enough about computer programming to say what would have to happen in order for a vote to take place or how to deny fellow Guild Members from abusing the title, but every journey starts with thinking about the first step!
New Title: ATTA' BOY/GIRL (I know it's a dumb name)

Easily abused (guild members attaboying the hell out of each other for rank or losers standing around hub cities going "WTS ATTAS 200G EA"), but I think that might be kinda nice.
I always make it a point to thank the people who go above and beyond, but this is nice too.

I can see this being heavily exploited/abused/other verbs i missed.
Winter Lady
I like the idea very much, but like what the others have already said, it can be easily abused and loses its meaning by trading.
HawkofStorms
Eh, no way for it to really work (a computer program wouldn't be able to recognize "nice" behavior, so voting by the party is the only way to achieve it, and that, as said, is abusable/fairly silly).

Not only is it gagging for abuse, but I can picture some fairly entertaining arguments arising when the votes come in.
Besides, how many of your stereotypical W/Mos actually acknowledge that it was in fact the Monk that kept them from wiping during those Hydra Meteor Showers, rather than their leet Vig. Spirit/Mending skills?

Helping is something that people choose to do. You can't make people to help, or even trying to encourage it sometimes can give bad results. For instance, I always like to make Elite Mission runs with a full friend team, and I won't ever want to choose one of them and vote him/her as he/she was the best.. Why to feel I can dissapoint others.
