Background
The Psion is an advanced human that has gained so much intelligence that it is able to maneuver, attack, or even manipulate the world with only the mind.
Uses in Battle
A Psion is meant to be a mid-ranged caster, not able to take the full heat of the up-front battle the warriors enjoy but also not suited to the far back relaxation that are played out by the mesmers and elementalists.

Metaspells, a new form of spellcraft:
Metaspells are the basics of how the psion manifests its power. there are three basic forms.
Kinesis: The movement of physical objects psychically.
Creaton: The creation of phyiscal objects by manipulation existing energies.
Psychosines: Manipulation of the non-material worlds and dimensions to draw energies or effect the material world in some way.
Mind Rod:
Mind Rods are the Psionic's "storage center". It's only real power is in it's extension abilities. If the Psion is wielding a mind rod, all skills in the Metaspell subcatagory have a range of +10 feet in game (primary proffession only).

Intelligence- (primary attribute) for every 5 ranks in this attribute all your psionic skills in the metaspell subcatagory cost less energy and for every rank your maximum energy increases by 1.
Metafocus- mostly includes kinesis skills.
Mind Resolution- mostly includes Psychosines.

(Kinesis) target foe is knocked down and suffers 5...45 blunt damage.
Spiral Energy- 15 energy 1 cast 24 recharge
(Kinesis) for 10 seconds, target foe levitates in the air becoming unable to cast spells or attack unless affected by an enchantment or signet that stops knockdown/interruption. Each second, target foe takes 5...10 slashing damage.
Spiral Touch- 25 energy 1/2 cast 64 recharge
(Kinesis) target touched foe suffers 5...60 lightning damage and shadowsteps 20 ft. in game directly away from you.
Spinning Power- 5 energy 1 cast 24 recharge
(Kinesis) target foe suffers 5...25 damage, is knocked down, interrupted, and dazed for 3 seconds.
Summon- 15 energy 1 cast 46 recharge
(Kinesis) target foe shadowsteps to you but cannot attack for 3 seconds.
Mind Resolution
Energy Circlet- 5 energy 1 cast 24 recharge
(Psychosines) All adjacent foes are struck for 5...100 lightning damage.
Dark Matter Wave- 25 energy 1/2 cast 46 recharge
(Psychosines) All foes in the area are struck for 10...115 shadow damage.
Drain Misery- 5 energy 1 cast 64 recharge
(Psychosines) if target foe or any nearbye foes are suffering from health degeneration you gain +5...10 maximum health and +10...20 armor for each source of health degeneration (hex conditions etc.) for 40 seconds.
Dimensionsal Devour- 25 energy 3 cast 76 recharge
[elite psychosines] After casting, this Psychosine takes 30...20 more seconds to completely cast. All foes take 5....220 damage. You take 70...40 damage. For each foe that dies from this metaspell you heal for 5...25 health.
Great Gate- 5 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
(psychosine) shadowstep to a random ally, you and your ally pool your maximum health and energy and split it evenly.
MetaPower
Miracle of Life- 10 energy 6 cast 20 recharge
(Creaton) ressurects target ally with 50% maximum health and 0...50% energy.
Creativity- 5 energy 1 cast 25 recharge
(Creaton) whenever you use a Creaton Metaspell for 20 seconds, that spell's beneficial effects are increased by 10...50%.
Earthen Shadow- 15 energy 2 cast 50 recharge
(Creaton) you must be standing on earth (this spell does not work in water) to activate this Creaton. Create a Psychic manifestation of yourself with 5...25% of your maximum health and 50% of your maximum energy. The shadow has access to 1...3 of your skills (excluding this) and casts as if he had rank 1...5 in all attributes. All weapons, armor, and enchantments still apply.
Create Implosion- 25 energy 1 cast 75 recharge
[elite Creaton] target foe's body implodes. That foe loses 75% of his/her current health. If that foe is healed by any source (except natural healing pips) within 30 seconds, that foe returns to full health. (so you use it at a risk).
Overpowered, I know, We pay arenanet, let them fix up a bit. But how's the concept?
