Looking for Euro English (mostly) PVE guild

Frustrated player looking for a euro guild that regularly gets together for PVE instances such as DoA, FoW, UW, Urgoz.

I have been playing for 2 months and am very frustrated with the lack of PVE teaming in my current guild and the game in general.

I have a well skill equipped Monk and new Necro.
