Looking for active, primarily PvE American based guild.

I figured that I would post here because finding guilds in-game isn't my style. I don't join random guilds that random people ask me to
join. One huge requirement is that if I get a guild offer, my friends must also be able to join because I only play with friends. My friends and I are pretty much at the same "level" so to speak in the game. I am online anywhere (GMT) from 4pm to 4am.

I'm looking for a laid back guild that has active players who have similar goals that I do. With that in mind, here are some of my own.Hard Mode missions/vanquishing Possibly Elite missions. I would prefer a Kurzick guild since I have r2 Friend of the Kurzicks, but it really doesn't matter if it is Luxon. However, I'm not "all business" either. I don't mind coming on GW every day just to talk to fellow guildies/allies to mess around or whatever.

I have 8 roleplaying characters who have all beaten all three campaigns in Normal Mode (or are close to beating them). However, since I feel that prophecies isn't really worth beating, I usually neglect doing missions there unless someone asks. My main character is my Necromancer (Fausto Vlll), who is my first and favorite character. However, I also enjoy playing my seven other characters (Assassin, Warrior, Paragon, Ranger, Monk, Dervish and my pre-searing Warrior). All of my characters have level 20 heroes who are geared up or are in the long process of getting geared up. The only PvP experience I have is RA (lol), competitive missions, and ABing, which I don't mind doing.

I have been playing Guild Wars since the last BWE and have not once quit or taken extended breaks willingly. (account is 26 months)
