WTB Req. 9 Rare Skin Fire Wand and Fire Focus (Also "Forget Me Not HSR 20%"

As the title says. I'm willing to pay as much as needed for a rare wand and focus. Must be inscribible and req. 9 and I don't care about mods. The two main wand and focus I'm looking for is the Dragon's Breath Wand and Fire Prism, but if other cool looking skins exist out there I'd be interested in those too!
