PC on Req9 cathan hand axe & req8 focus

I got the axe from kanaxai's chest.
It is inscribable but no useful mod on it.
The skin is not impressive and I wanted to merch it.
However, I saw the above post and I have a little confuse on its value.

Also, I would like to know the value of the req8 focus.

I bought a req 10 inscript version of the cathan jade hand axe for 10k so i'm guessing its value is a lil less then a tyrian one of around 20-25k

blessed chalice i'd say if you're gonna sell start it at 50k+

Have seen a few of those hand axes go for 75k+...... not sure now

And a friend and I both sold one of those blessed chalices a bit ago for 100k 30e each.... when ectos were still 9k each.
